An incredibly simple lemon apple cider vinaigrette. Sweet and tangy, it’s a great addition to any salad. Great for those avoiding sugar, who are Paleo, ketogenic, vegan and low-carb.
If you’re a fan of simple, then you have just met your new favorite salad dressing recipe! This lemon apple cider vinaigrette takes easy to new heights because if it were any easier, it would be a salad with no dressing.
Ok, so maybe that is stretching the truth just a bit. But really, it takes only two minutes to pull together. TWO MINUTES! For something so much more nutritious than that soybean-filled and sugar-laden dressing you probably have as an alternative in your fridge right now.
And if I’m being serious, I have made this one even easier a few times by adding the ingredients directly to the salad. I wasn’t lying when I said I was a fan of easy, guys. Anything over-complicated is really just too much for me these days.
Remember when I said this was easy? Ok, so all you have to do is squeeze one lemon, add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, two tablespoons or avocado or olive oil, and a few drops of stevia. That’s it!
Lemons are an incredibly healthy detoxifying agent, so don’t be afraid to go hard on the lemon juice in this. We’ll be sweetening it up to offset that sour flavor.
If you’re like me, then you always have a container of good apple cider vinegar lying around. Yeah, the stuff with the “mother”, of course! That’s the good stuff.
And liquid stevia? An all natural sweetener with no calories, and zero effect on your blood sugar. So that post-meal blood sugar crash will be a thing of the past!
